ABOUT
Oliver Henry is the go-to expert on all things workplace culture. He has dedicated his career to helping multi-national organisations and globally recognised brands design and implement people experience strategies that work; to create and nurture healthy, happy and productive workplace cultures.
He started in the industry as a performance coach to athletes and business executives, with a huge passion for behavioural psychology. Oliver soon saw a space in the corporate setting and made the move to start advising and working closely with senior leaders and executive boards, helping HR directors and people experience teams to develop leadership, wellbeing and inclusion strategies that drive cultural change.
Over the years, Oliver has worked with a number of multinationals, helping teams to achieve excellent levels of employee experience, across different continents and cultures, which landed him the role as Global Head of Health and Wellbeing for EasyJet.
He is regarded by senior leaders as providing clear analysis of complex people and culture issues whilst remaining practical, problem-solving and always purpose-led.
Oliver's story may not be about overcoming serious adversity, or climbing a mountain, but what he brings is his unique, tried and tested formula to drive impact and cultural change.
Oliver has become synonymous with elevating the standard of employee experience.
